Terms of sale

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all sales made on the website julnare.com.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS by the customer.

Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur depending on screens or suppliers.

Prices

Prices are indicated in Pound Sterling (£), all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees (unless otherwise stated).

Julnare™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Order

The customer declares having read and accepted these TCS before placing an order.

Every order will be confirmed by an email sent to the address provided by the customer.

Julnare™ reserves the right to refuse an order in case of dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The customer may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or any other secure payment method offered on the site.

Julnare™ uses secure payment systems compliant with current standards (SSL, 3D Secure).

Delivery

Products are shipped within France.

Average delivery times are 5 to 10 business days within UK and may vary for other destinations.

Delivery fees are specified before order confirmation.

Julnare™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (strikes, customs, force majeure).

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with UK law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The product must be returned new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged products will not be refunded.

Guarantees

All Julnare™ products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Liability

Julnare™ cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

Julnare™’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, Julnare™ brand) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Julnare™.

Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Personal Data

Data collected is used solely for order processing and is protected in accordance with the GDPR.

The customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by writing to support@julnare.com.

Applicable Law

These TCS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
