Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free, and any customs or duty charges are included — no surprises at delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help before your order leaves our warehouse.

Payment & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Klarna is also available, so you can spread the cost.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption — your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Of course. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is arranged by the customer.

How do I start a return?
